Ejaz Ali joined Wynnwith as Commercial & Legal Director in December 2006. He has a LLB (Hons) Degree in Law from Southampton University and attained his professional LPC qualifications at The College of Law, Guildford. Prior to Wynnwith, Ejaz spent 7 years with an IT recruitment business, starting as In-House Legal and progressing to Chief Operating Officer before supplying freelance legal and commercial services to the recruitment industry.
Ejaz is responsible for the Group’s Legal Support, Human Resources, Compliance and Quality departments and has been driving risk management, legislative compliance, delivery of support functions and commercial robustness of Wynnwith’s activities in keeping with Board strategy. Ejaz was appointed Company Secretary in 2009 taking responsibility for corporate governance and statutory duties.
