Learning & Development Opportunities
We are committed to the internal training and development of employees. Our PACT (People Achieving Challenges Together) development tool ensures you have the potential and support to achieve your agreed goals and career aspirations within the Group.
Development needs identified via PACT and the Group’s Vision and Strategic Intent are met though monthly workshops. Topics include personal effectiveness, employment law and managing performance. The workshops have a practical theme directly relevant to the workplace and are regularly evaluated for effectiveness.
