During the last three and a half years Wynnwith have provided an on site contract worker service to both our Havant and Colchester sites in the UK.
Throughout this time, despite some initial `teething problems’, they have consistently delivered a flexible service to meet our very demanding and often variable volumes and customer requirements. At the peak, Wynnwith have provided up to 150 workers to Havant and 85 workers to Colchester.
Wynnwith have always focused on key cost reduction elements such as maximising worker productivity, minimising attrition, actively managing attendance and the provision of quality management reports and have recently been awarded a renewed contract for a period of 3 years.
Over the last few months, they have been very co operative in assisting with the integration of the temporary workforce in Colchester with our existing permanent workforce. Wynnwith are a forward thinking company and have demonstrated their ability to be innovative, a recent example is the supply of Lithuanian workers to meet a specific recruitment demand in Colchester.
In summary, I have no reservations and great pleasure in recommending them as a service provider and business partner.
