Nick Sullivan (aged 41) joined Wynnwith in 2003 as part of the acquisition of Engage Recruitment Ltd from GKN plc. Nick joined GKN plc as Business Unit Manager in 2000 and later in 2002 was appointed Operations Director for GKN Engage. Nick became Managing Director of Wynnwith Engage in 2003.
Nick is a Chartered Engineer, has a couple of engineering qualifications (MA, ACPMM) from Cambridge University and an MBA from INSEAD. He has a wealth of experience in blue chip engineering and consultancy roles and has held a number of overseas roles including Germany, Spain and Australia.
Nick and his team have developed Wynnwith’s Workforce Management business into a stand alone offering (branded in 2006 as Solcistium) with revenues of £20M per annum. The strategic intent is to create a business with revenues of £50M by 2009.
