Julian Morison (aged 36) joined Wynnwith in August 2006 as CEO. Julian Joined Europe’s Largest IT Recruitment & Staffing Services business, Spring Group plc in 1997 as European Sales Manager where he was responsible for Spring’s European expansion with the opening offices in Amsterdam, Zurich and Munich.
During the nine years at Spring Group plc, Julian held several roles from UK Southern Director for Contract & Permanent to Group Managing Director of Corporate Accounts (Spring’s Top 15 Corporate Customers by spend). His last role before leaving in July 2006 was UK Managing Director
Julian has a 5-Year Strategic Plan to position Wynnwith for a flotation by 2010 and that will see Revenues double to £200M and Earnings at the upper end of industry returns. Wynnwith will become one of the leading suppliers offering a complete range of staffing services to the engineering and technical market. He has also completed the purchase of a 20% share holding in the privately held business.
Since his arrival Morison has also grown both sales and gross profit whilst simultaneously making major investments in both the executive management team and the group’s sales capability.
