Declan Jones (aged 53) joined Wynnwith in 2005 as Group Operations Manager and was appointed Managing Director of Permanent & Niche Contract (Open Market) in 2006.
Declan has held a number of key roles in recruitment, having spent five years managing the Executive Search & Selection Division of Coopers & Lybrand in Ireland. He then spent seventeen years with Real Time Consultants Plc in the UK, in Sales and Operational roles, for both the domestic and International businesses, and was a Board Director of the company. He has a BA in Arts and a MA in English Literature 2:1 (Hons).
Declan’s experience in both Search and the Open Market Sector positions Wynnwith to build the high margin business in line with the 5-Year Strategic Plan.
